Premium 3 Layer Cotton Face Mask face mask is washable and reusable time and again. Available in adult and children’s sizes. Kids size are for 8-12 years with a minimum of 100 per size. The Mask with tag features 3 layers of cotton or Mask with dye sublimation features 2 layers of cotton & 1 polyester. The sublimated masks have a black or white cotton border and matching black or white elastic straps. Quantities of 1000 or more can be supplied with the border the same colour as the sublimated front panel or black or white border with matching black or white elastic straps. For an extra comfortable fit, two over ear straps are adjustable in length using a simple slide mechanism. A squeeze tight, secure nose clip provides better protection against the possible transfer of airborne particles. Adult masks features an internal pocket to allow the wearer to insert an extra layer of protection. Decoration options include embroidered fabric tag or dye sublimation on front of mask. Minimum order is 500 units of either style.
Optional carbon filters are available, suitable for 72 hours of use before its recommended to be replaced. It will filter particles as small as 2.5 microns in size. Each filter is stamped with the mark PM2.5 which stands for Particulate Matter 2.5 microns. The mask is a non-medical device but will protect against solid particles and droplets. Hand washing in a mild detergent is recommended after each use, rinse well and dry before using again
