Jack – Koala with Swag and Hat is a small exquisitely soft and realistic handcrafted soft plush toy Koala dressed in the cutest attire with hat, vest and swag. Jack measures 16cm/6.25″ in height including the ears, 17cm/6.75″ in length and 13cm/5″ in width.
The term originated in Australia in the 19th-century. Koalas only live in Australia because they feed exclusively on eucalyptus leaves. Koalas are marsupials like kangaroos and wombats. Marsupial means that little joeys are kept safe in the mother’s tummy pouch until they are five months old. A swagman was a short-term labourer who travelled by foot from farm to farm carrying his belongings in a swag.
