Shipping | Freight
All shipping & freight charges ex Bongo are oncharged to the customer unless otherwise stated in a quotation. Shipping instructions, shipping method, delivery address and delivery date must be included in the PO (additional charges apply if freight insurance is required). Changes to shipping instructions should be emailed through before despatch. We will not be responsible for delays or additional charges for any unapproved changes. Orders are not insured in transit unless requested on your PO or in writing. All orders become the customers property upon delivery to the carrier as shipments are FOB Sydney. We are happy to assist our customers to file claims with carriers for any delayed, lost or damaged shipments. The customer must initiate this process within 14 days of shipment. Delays caused by a carrier are not the responsibility of Bongo and no refunds, credits or returns will be given to the customer due to any carrier issues that are out of our hands.
Special Packaging and Fulfillment: Call for quotes on any special packaging and fulfillment services.
Carriers: Bongo reserves the right to ship via the carrier of their choice, at the customers expense in order to meet the customers required delivery date.
Billing to Customer or Third Party Account: Upon request, Bongo will attempt to bill shipping to a customers account. If the customer refuses the charges, the carrier will typically bill back the charges to the Bongo. In this case, Bongo will invoice the customer for the shipping charges. If the customers account is invalid, incorrect or Bongo fails to use customers account for any reason, Bongo will ship on Bongos account and invoice the customer for the shipping charges. Customer will be obligated to pay these shipping charges.
Split shipments: For split shipments to more than three locations – additional charges may apply for some split shipments, please call customer service for details.
Overruns and Under Runs: Bongo reserves the right to over ship or under ship up to 5% and invoice accordingly on some items.
Where We Deliver – Bongo is based in Sydney. We can delivery any of our promotional products to all major cities and any regional area. There isn’t a place in Australia that we can’t ship to. We also ship overseas.
